Orillia Public Library Donation Drive For Family Department

The Orillia Public Library launched a special donation drive to raise funds to revitalize the Family Department. Funds raised will help the Library replace old and deteriorating furniture, add new interactive sensory elements, and update the physical space to inspire imagination, creativity, exploration, and connection.
Libraries are an important community partner in supporting the development of young children and equipping them with skills and habits for lifelong learning. While tax-supported government funding supports the library’s core operating costs, they would appreciate your help to fund their efforts to enhance this important public resource. Your donation will help provide a welcoming space where children and families can engage and explore.
All donations are greatly appreciated, with any amount of $20 or more being eligible for a tax receipt and special OPL branded merchandise given at the $20, $50, and $100 tiers. Donations can be given through the library’s website, in person, or by mail for this fundraising campaign which runs from November 1 to November 30.
