Orillia council will hold a special meeting in chambers at 3:30 p.m. The purpose is for councillors to have an opportunity to ask questions of the emergency management committee. There is no supporting paper work because it’s essentially a Q&A session.
While council meetings are normally open to the public, because of circumstances people are limited to watching online.
