They Showed A Movie Once

If you were wondering what ever happened to the movie that was shot here last August and September, you should know it’s completed and will be shown at the Opera House December 4.
Who You Know was written, produced and directed by director/writer/producer Jake Horowitz who spent his childhood summers in the area and now divides his time between Orillia and Toronto, The movie starring David Hewlett, Dylan Everett, Niamh Wilson and Stevie Joffe was shot at several locations around town and Horowitz put together a trailer just for the Orillia premiere.
The movie has already been shown at film festivals in Olando, Florida and Hamilton. Tickets are $10 and showtime is 7 p.m.
