Now What?

If Ontario school custodians, clerical staff, and education assistants strike Monday, The City of Orillia has a plan to help some parents keep their children occupied.

They have put together a program called Got You Covered to run from Oct. 7 to 11 at Rotary Place, with sports, games, arts & crafts on the agenda. They have room for 40 children and you can register for the week or by the day.

If there isn’t a strike registration fees are refundable.

If a strike happens Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board schools will close, Simcoe County District School Board schools will remain open.
