Chamber Awards

The Orillia District Chamber of Commerce held the annual Business Achievement Awards Thursday evening at Hawk Ridge Golf Club.

Fourteen awards were given to 30 businesses or individuals. The recipients are:

Entrepreneurial Initiative – 125 Breakfast Club, The Cheesy Pickup, and the Orillia Rama Regional Airport.

Leadership in Training – Back to Function, Kubota Materials Canada Corp.

Company Expansion – Gotta Go Travel, Sarahannepidity.

Site Enhancement, New Construction – The Orsi Group, Webers, Dr. Peggy Wong.

Technological Advancement – The City of Orillia, Caredove.

Site Enhancement, Renovation – Studabakers Beachside, 2wozer01ne Grill and Game Bar.

Green Award – Refillery District, EDI Inc.

Longevity Award – Lock stock & Barrel, Aknor Construction.

Strengthening Our Community – the Orillia & District Agricultural Society, Orilliamattees.com

Regional Economic Development – Horseshoe Resort.

Customer Service – The Shock Doctors, Wes Brennan Construction, Mark Adams (Home Hardware Building Centre).

Rebuilding Orillia – Glass Lighting Gallery, Charles Pachter.

Marketing – Jordan Rossman

Hats Off – Mike Bunn, Apple Blossom Village, Michelle Lagramboise.
