Coldwater Area Man Missing
UPDATE: Charles Root has been found.
Orillia OPP are trying to located Charles Root who was last seen leaving a residence on Reinbird Street in Coldwater on August 18. He is known to frequent Barrie and Midland.
He is described as being 6 feet tall, 170 pounds with short grey hair and wearing blue track pants and a dark t-shirt.
