Lottery Ticket Thefts
Orillia OPP are asking for help identifying a suspect in a series of lottery ticket thefts from local businesses. On Wednesday March 13 between 6 and 11:00 p.m. a man went to at least 6 Orillia businesses and took almost $1000 worth of lottery tickets and cigarettes. In each case, he approached the cashier in a casual manner asking for lottery scratch tickets, which were produced by the unsuspecting employees. The suspect would then select several tickets before running without paying.

If you have any information contact Orillia OPP at 705-326-3536, 1-888-310-1122, or through Crime Stoppers online.
